Dr Grant Bickerton, Nicky Chiswell and Andrée Sellars are Christian psychologists
who have many years of experience in ministry and in psychology in other contexts.
STEM is an organisation originating from their mutual desire to serve God and His
church using the combined breadth of experience He has provided.
All three are passionate about promoting mental health in the Christian church
community and empowering clergy to care for themselves, while caring for people
with complex lives. They are all vibrant, active members of their own church communities.
