Assessment of the client on their own followed by recommendations to you for treatment or referral to elsewhere or

Discussion/consultation about your client without them present

Conference Speakers:  Invite us to present on up to date psychological research and current topics effecting people helpers and their clients.

Staff supervision

We provide individual professional supervision for anyone involved in Christian Ministry/work.

Group supervision can also be provided to teams.

Developing Policies and Procedures. Our team can meet with you to determine what your needs are in relation to policies, procedures, and risk. We are able to provide templates and our experience in writing such documents to support your ministry.

Strategic Planning: We can provide direction for you to write your own strategic plan or alternatively we can hold a seminar in which, in consultation with you and/or your staff, the plan is written and you are provided with a Strategic plan for the coming 1/2/5 years.

Pricing

Our pricing structure is negotiable for Christian leaders and organisations.  That being said, our basic structure is as follows:

Workshop training:

·        $1500 For a three hour seminar/workshop

·        $2500 for a six hour seminar/workshop

·        $4000 for a two day workshop

Consultations:

·        Institutional consult including reviewing and assisting with policies and procedures $200 an hour for                      institutional consult.

·        Telephone consultation is based on the following time increments:

o   0-30 minutes - $60

o   30-45 minutes - $90

o   45-60 minutes - $120

·        Psychological counselling provided by Dr Grant Bickerton is $150 per session (approximately $88 of which is            refunded by Medicare).

·        Coaching is set at $100 per hour.
